“Rear-View" is the title of my new record. It is a collection of songs, rhythms and instrumental beats, written and recorded over the last 8 years and serves as a book-end to a time in my life. This album is a musical journal of sonic vignettes, portraits and sketches of time. There are electronic and acoustic musical elements; with hip-hop, rock, psychedelia and world music influences. I'd say this record leans towards cerebral, introspective and hypnotic headphone music, rather than dance (hip orientated) music. I am fond of both. Friends have described the sounds on this record as ‘film score’ inspired and good ‘road trip’ music.

This is as close as it will ever come to being finished, with some minor tweaks happening over time, as the spirits compel and when motivation strikes. If you revisit the album - at a later date - there may be changes in the track-list, updated versions of songs or new material to listen to. Only time will tell. Download it now, to have as it is, at this moment in time. I’ve also included 4 bonus tracks for those that buy the album.
